Hmmm.... Why Traveling Pants you say ? And Why only to a certain group of women? or men should it come about...I have not heard of any as of yet though.
When my sister (Stephanie) was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer at the age of 30, I thought, this is sooooo rare...how could it be? and why ?
As i did a ton of research on learning about what this new cancer that has crept into our lives means, i just assumed this only happens to old people, not young ones. I found this amazing group of women known as the young survival coalition, and found out there is an abundance of women going through the same thing!!!
How can i be almost 38 this year and have no clue what breast cancer truely means, and who it effects, Its amazing! how many women have no clue what breast cancer really means and where it goes in our bodies....
I have a pair of jeans my sister gave me, and had this urge to make them travel, have other women sign/decorate and love these jeans so that i can get the word out someday and educate others about what is really happeneing.
I think this is a fun adventure as they arrive at each destination, and each stage 4 breast cancer fighter/survivor has something fun to look forward to and enjoy.
